Dr. Arturo Hector Berberian
The World Organization for Peace (OMPP WOFP) appointed Dr. Hector Arturo Berberian as Ambassador to the Republic of Armenia to carry out Humanitarian and Sustainable Development programs, participating in Fundraising for the Noble Mission.
Dr. Hector Arturo Berberian is a distinguished Argentine professional, graduated from the University of Buenos Aires as a National Public Accountant, recognized for his tireless work and passion for travel and the discovery of new cultures. He serves as director of TIJE Travel. An agency that is positioned among the ten most important in Argentina and with a consolidated international presence, adapting to online market trends by offering high quality services.
In addition to his professional side, Dr. Berberian is known for his hard-working spirit and his dedication to his ideas. His love for traveling and seeing new places, as well as his people skills, make him an inspiring figure for those around him.

Guillermo Saura
Director of International Cooperation ProgramsA graduate of the Center for Cinematographic Experimentation (CERC, now ENERC) of the National Institute of Cinema and Audiovisual Arts of Argentina (INCAA), he complemented his training with studies in Business Administration at UADE.
In the private sector, he worked as a producer and director of feature films, earning national and international recognition. After a stint in the corporate sector as a commercial manager at the at the financial services company Internationale Nederlanden Groep (ING), entry into public administrationturned with the goal of promoting regional integration.
Throughout his career at INCAA, he held various strategic positions, including Managing Producer, Specialized Advisor to the Executive Branch, Coordinator for MERCOSUR regional authorities, and Coordinator of the Ibero-American Audiovisual Observatory. He also led the MERCOSUR Audiovisual Program, funded by the European Union and the bloc’s member countries, implementing and consolidating key initiatives for the various strategic axes defined in the mandates of the participating countries.
His leadership has been characterized by efficient and transparent management, successfully coordinating multidisciplinary teams and adapting to the diverse contexts of the countries and economic blocs involved. His work has been instrumental in reducing asymmetries between member countries, strengthening capacities, cooperation, and development in the sector.
Sandra Selva
International Ambassador for the Worldwide Organization for PeaceSandra Selva holds a university degree in Social Communication with a specialization in scientific research. She graduated with honors in 2013 and has since traveled the world photographing and documenting the lives of marginalized groups and communities in different countries.
She began her photographic career right after graduation, collaborating with various foundations and organizations. In 2015, she started working for the Playing for Change Foundation and the Playing for Change Movement, traveling the world to photograph and film musicians for a video series tied to the music album Listen to the Music, as well as for the foundation’s music schools.
In 2017, she played a key role in launching the Playing for Change Music School in Diamante, Entre Ríos, Argentina. Her work earned her a special talent visa, which allowed her to live in Los Angeles, California, where she continued to grow her career in the visual arts and humanitarian work across many countries.
During that time, her main focus was Africa, where she worked with children and empowered women through the schools she visited. In the United States, she also began working with Turnaround Arts, a program initiated by former First Lady Michelle Obama at the White House to promote education through the arts in public schools. She worked alongside renowned artists and academy award winners, starting as a photographer and soon expanding her role to filming and producing two music videos presented at the White House and the Kennedy Center in Washington, D.C.
Sandra continued her work with organizations such as Arts Across America, collaborating with prominent artists like Yo-Yo Ma, Jackson Browne, Jack Johnson, Forest Whitaker, Chad Smith, and Alfre Woodard, among others.
In 2018, she partnered with American philanthropist Sean Wolfington on a special project. At the same time, she raised money and awareness for children in Tanzania, securing two years of paid education for two brothers with autism in a local village.
In 2021, she worked as a producer for Turkish TV company Acun Media Global in the Dominican Republic and later returned to the United States to direct an episode of the series H: Lo Que No Se Ve for National Geographic Argentina in San Diego, California.
In 2025, she joined the Worldwide Organization for Peace, marking a new and inspiring chapter in her humanitarian work and professional journey.
